Xaureum (“the App”) is a prospecting maps and mineral discovery application developed by Fly High Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Xaureum app on Android and other supported platforms.

Location Data

Xaureum requires access to your device’s precise GPS location to provide core functionality, including:

• Displaying your position on prospecting maps
• Surfacing relevant geological data, drill hole records, and government mineral survey information for your current area
• Providing directional guidance to prospecting targets

Location data is only collected while the app is actively in use. We do not collect location data in the background when the app is closed.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as operating system version and device type for the purpose of app performance optimisation and bug diagnosis.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymised data about how features within the app are used (e.g., which map layers are viewed most frequently) to improve the app experience over time.

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us for support
• We do not share your location data with other users
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes
• We do not store precise location history on our servers

Xaureum accesses third-party data sources including government geological survey databases, public mineral records, and mapping tile services to deliver content within the app. This data is retrieved in real time based on your location. We do not share your personal information with these data providers.

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols
• We do not retain precise location data on our servers after your session ends
• We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure

Xaureum may use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps / Mapping APIs — for base map rendering
• Google Play Services — for app distribution and updates

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services independently.

Xaureum is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@flyhighdigital.com.au and we will promptly delete it.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal data
